Macaulay Culkin is one of eight children. Per Hollywood Life, Macaulay’s older siblings are Shane and Dakota, while his younger siblings are Kieran, Rory, Quinn, and Christian. Furthermore, he has a half-sister, Jennifer Adamson, whom Macaulay’s dad fathered in a past relationship. Sadly, two of Macaulay’s siblings have died. Dakota died from being hit by a car in 2008, while a drug overdose caused Adamson’s 2000 death, according to the Daily Mail. In 2021, Kieran spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about the family’s heartbreak over the death of Dakota, whose nickname was Cody. “That’s the worst thing that’s ever happened, and there’s no sugarcoating that one,” Kieran said. “… I think everyone was just torn up inside.”

While Cody chose not to go into acting, most of Macaulay’s siblings did. In a 2019 interview with journalist Peter Travers, Kieran said the siblings began acting “around the same time.” Shane was in one 1989 episode of the series “Great Performances,” and Christian appeared in the 1994 movie “My Summer Story.” Quinn took on parts in two of Macaulay’s films, “Home Alone” and “The Good Son,” and voiced a character in the animated show “Wish Kid.” Additionally, Rory acted in popular projects, like “Signs” and “Scream 4.” Kieran has likewise made a name for himself, with his latest role being Roman Roy on “Succession.” Recently, Kieran has shown an interest in working alongside his family members.
