Terrifying scenes unfolded near an apartment block in Queensland on Wednesday, after two men were stabbed multiple times.  

The incident occurred at a unit complex in Capalaba, almost 22 kilometres south-east of Brisbane. 

One man was seen running from the unit block, covered in blood, as he clutched his throat. 

The distressed man was wearing nothing but a pair of black trousers, with blood all over his left shoulder, as it streaked down his arm.

An unknown woman captured  rushed to the man’s aid, as he kept wandering around the area.

Lisa Holliday who was at an address nearby, told The Courier Mail she rushed outside  after she people screaming.

‘I ran over and screamed out for some gloves and started to give him first aid, laid him down because he wasn’t laying down and put pressure on the wounds,’ she said.

Emergency crews are at the scene at Denison Court after they were alerted to reports that two men were seriously injured.

A spokesperson for Queensland Police told Daily Mail Australia officers are conducting enquiries following the incident. 

‘[Queensland Police] were called to an incident at Denison Court at Capalaba at 1.25 this afternoon, after reports two men had been stabbed, the spokesman said. 

‘A crime scene has been declared. 

‘Investigations into the incident are currently ongoing’. 

It is understood both men are known to each other.

A spokesman from the Queensland Ambulance Service told Daily Mail that four people were treated for injuries, with two victims suffering serious injuries. 

‘[Both men] were transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital in a serious condition,’ the spokesman said. 

The two other victims were taken to Redlands Hospital. 

‘Two other patients at the scene were transported [to hospital]…they didn’t have any obvious injuries,’ the spokesman said. 

One of the patients was a female teenager.
