The first two victims were taken to hospital in a stable condition.

The second man, who was shot in the face, remains in a serious conditon in hospital.

9News understands the gunmen targeted Samimjan Azari, 26, who was shot in the arm and shoulder.

He has previously survived two shootings at Granville and Brighton-Le-Sands.

“One of the victims of the shooting, a 26-year-old male, we believe was the subject of two previous attempts on his life,” NSW Police Acting Commissioner Peter Thurtell said yesterday.

Thurtell said the two previous attacks are “likely to be connected” to the shooting.

The dramatic footage, obtained by 9News, shows masked men dressed in black storm the small kebab shop, while one victim attempted to defend himself with stools.
