The bodies of a man and woman have been found inside a unit in Sydney’s north. 

The grisly discovery came after officers visited a home on Warwick Avenue, in Cammeray in the city’s lower north shore, at 11.30am on Saturday.

‘Officers from North Shore Police Area Command have established a crime scene and are awaiting the arrival of specialist police,’ NSW Police said in a statement. 

‘There is no ongoing risk to the community.

‘No further information is available at this stage.’
