Heather Rae El Moussa continues to openly share her experiences with her newborn the same way she did throughout the pregnancy!
The renowned reality TV personality welcomed her first child, Tristan, born in January 2023. Throughout her pregnancy journey, she was incredibly transparent, discussing everything from when she found out she was expecting to his arrival. In a recent post, she disclosed what happened to her recently that she considered a failure.

Since Tristan’s birth, she has been showing her followers snippets of her new motherhood experience on social media, including her challenge of always being too tired. Taking to her Instagram story, she shared a picture of milk bottles and a breast milk pump lying on a table. Heartbroken, she explained the image in the caption, writing:
“New tired mom Fail…. Pumped in the middle of the night and forgot to put the milk in the fridge. 5 ounces gone.”
This is not the first time the new mother has shared such a candid confession. Earlier, The Blast noted that Heather disclosed how emotional it was for her to leave her newborn son for the first time.


In the image she posted, the actress looked stunning in her gray robe and flawless makeup while sporting a sleek high ponytail. Her caption revealed a more vulnerable side to motherhood as she opened up about the toll that being a new mom can take on a person, admitting that “mommyhood takes a lot out of you.”
Heather shared that she could not help but cry the first time she had to be away from her newborn. The former model stated, “I cried the first time I was away from him for 4 hours because, honestly, my whole world surrounds Tristan, and it’s hard to think of anything else.”
Moreover, she elaborated that her entire schedule was centered around her little one. In her words, “Anything that I want to do is scheduled around when he’s sleeping or when I’m not feeding him, and all the things I “need” to do come second.”
Concluding the lengthy post, the 35-year-old remarked, “I have loved every second of the newborn stage, and I wouldn’t change anything. I also know that it’ll get easier and that l’Il get back to feeling more like myself again… baby steps 😉🤍.”

Her heartfelt confession touched the hearts of her followers, who commended her for being honest and vulnerable about her journey as a new mother, like this fan who wrote, “Thanks for being real!! You’ll do great!!”
Another person advised her to “Always show yourself grace. Being a new mom is the hardest job ever.” This user penned a note of encouragement: “Routine comes, momma, probably around 4-6 months ❤️ you’re doing amazing.”

The reality star recently gave birth to her son Tristan and has been making significant strides in her postpartum journey. As reported by The Blast, Heather revealed that she was finally able to take some time for herself and indulge in some self-care. The new mom visited a salon and got her hair done, looking stunning.
The first picture showed her sitting in the front seat of her car with her long blonde locks visibly lush, cascading over her shoulder and onto her oversized white shirt. She donned large black sunglasses, and the filter she used on the image cast a soft glow on her makeup-free face.
Across the image, she wrote: “Got out of the house & got my hair done 😊👏🏼” and tagged where she had it done, “@l33hairartistry.” In the next slide, the “Love in the Time of Monsters” actress was captured standing in front of a full-length mirror in her spacious walk-in wardrobe, flaunting her outfit.
She exuded energy and freshness, dressed in an oversized white shirt, black pants, and white sneakers. Her caption conveyed the moment’s significance: “This was a big day for me. I put leggings on for the first time in a very long time. Lol.” To explain why she had a white blanket laid on the rug, she wrote:
