Despite all the reshuffling, the fall will kickoff with the usual intrigue about whether Alabama or Georgia or Michigan or Ohio State is the best team in the country. There’s top-QB recruit Arch Manning waiting to take over the Longhorns’ offense. And there’s the potential of likely No. 1 NFL draft pick Caleb Williams directing USC to a college football playoff that is set to expand in 2024.
