When Guests visit Disneyland in California, they expect sunny skies and warm weather — with the occasional cold front depending on what months they visit the theme parks.
However, Guests were in for a real shock when they visited Disneyland yesterday, March 1, as they experienced snow!
It’s Snowing At Disneyland!

During the holiday season, Guests at the theme parks experience snow, but it is fake snow often referred to as “snoap” that Disney pumps through the streets to help bring the magic of the holidays to the theme parks. But what Guests experienced yesterday was not “snoap” — it was real snow!
Disney fan site Launging Place shared a video of the snow falling at Disneyland Park, writing “I was at #Disneyland in the snow! Disneyland in the snow! Real snow, not soap! (Watch it turn from snow to rain in this very video.)”

One user had to clarify that this was, in fact, real snow and not the fake “snoap” Disneyland Guests are used to as they wrote, “Real snow in Fantasyland #disneyland.”

To which one fan replied, hilariously suggesting the snow is a result of Queen Elsa from the Disney “Frozen” franchise who “must be visiting” to discuss the newly announced “Frozen 3”.
“Is Elsa there for consulting on Frozen 3?,” they Tweeted.

A massive snowstorm swept California and other parts of the United States, and will continue into today. The storm was so bad that the National Weather Service (NWS) issued a blizzard warning for Los Angeles, marking it the first warning in three decades for this part of the country.
According to NewsWeek, Los Angeles saw 4 inches of precipitation in total, while Beverly Hills saw 6 inches. In addition, thousands of people lost power to their homes while some streams flooded.
