A man has barricaded himself inside a home after allegedly stabbing a woman.
Paramedics rushed to the Gooseberry Hill, east Perth, home about 5pm on Tuesday after a woman was found with life-threatening stab wounds to her neck and torso.
She was taken to the Royal Perth Hospital under lights and sirens, reportedly with multiple injuries.
It’s understood neighbours discovered the woman in a garden and called for help shortly after.
A large police operation is currently underway at the address with tactical officers in attendance.
