An adorable video of a man sending his neighbour’s dog toys using a clothes line has been seen by over 200,000 people on TikTok.
Coby the golden retriever gets special deliveries that are transferred across on a clothes line to his owner Alyssa’s flat.
In the video titled ‘My neighbour is a genius,’ the dog is seen eagerly waiting on the balcony with his tail wagging, with ‘You’ve got a friend in me’ by Randy Newman playing in the background.
The clothes line stretches between the two flats and the man regularly uses it to send treats across to his furry friend.
In this clip, it’s cuddly dog toys in the shape of a burger and some fries that are transported from window to window, followed by a bone.

Coby can then be seen happily cuddled up with his new toys and chewing on a bone – despite ripping some of them to pieces to quite quickly, with his owner jokingly writing ‘RIP’.
The video quickly got over 200k views and lots of comments about the mystery neighbour.
Coby has his own TikTok account run by his owner, where the clips are posted – it’s called @mrcobywest and has over 66k followers and over 1.4million likes.

One comment reads ‘We will be needing a whole series/Netflix show please’.
Another added ‘imagine seeing this from the street’.
Others began to wonder if it was also a love story, with fans writing ‘Husband material’ and ‘I’m sorry but why are you not in a relationship with this man?’
Someone else chimed in with ‘I’m fully invested in this love story! Whether it’s with the guy and dog or the owner’.
With lots of people following along, it quickly became a series.

A different video that has over 1.4million views, shows the neigbour shouting across to Coby ‘do you want a snack?’
In another, the man holds up a sign saying ‘Hi Coby and TikTok’.
The pair finally met, which was also made for a heartwarming video, as viewers get to watch the dog excitedly run up to his new friend for the first time, supposedly recognising him from the balcony.
One commenter who had been following the story wrote ‘Listen, we came for Coby. We stayed because we want to see what happens with you and the neighbor.’
Others said ‘Maybe Coby picked out his new dad??’ and ‘Can you fall in love with the neighbor now? Love this!’
