It seems like a hundred years ago that we had a dessicated sack of carbon with mashed potatoes for a brain being paraded as president, but in the span of time, it was really only, like, yesterday.





As they tend to do every single year, disasters of magnitudes large and small smack every part of the United States. It is the administration’s duty to prepare for and respond to such disasters as they may be to organize available resources, hopefully access and utilize prestaged ones, and ultimately alleviate the immediate suffering of many of those caught in the zone, and facilitate their recovery afterward.

Being head of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is a massive job and not one for the faint of heart or the novice in logistics. All too often, the post has fallen into the lap of political appointees with little skill other than raising money or attaching lips to the correct butts.

What saves the victims in most dire circumstances from suffering the utter incompetence of management is the competence and compassion of the worker bees within the agency who are dedicated to their jobs and the good they are supposed to do.

At least, they were.

Biden’s four years on the throne saw a dramatic shift in that attitude from disaster response and service to prioritizing the rewarding of constituencies with assistance in the middle of crises.

Thanks once again to another revealing tranche of White House documents, FEMA, under the control of arch villain, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, became a massive Democratic voter registration organ.





Those lists and registrations then determined who received first dibs on any aid disbursed in a time of disaster.

…The worst offender was FEMA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, under the Department of Homeland Security, which was controlled for four years by Biden’s Machiavellian border buster Alejandro Mayorkas.

When responding to an emergency or a natural disaster, FEMA employees were directed to make voter registration a “key priority.”

They politically targeted vulnerable people in their hour of need instead of focusing on providing federal assistance.

Left-wing NGOs were brought in to “educate” FEMA staff about “equity and voter access for individuals affected by disaster,” says a Trump administration official.

“FEMA’s job is to make sure Americans who have suffered catastrophic loss due to some disaster in their community [can access] food, water and shelter … Under President Biden, FEMA, like every agency, produced a plan on how they would leverage these crisis situations for political [purposes]. I can’t think of anything more disgusting.”

FEMA snubbed GOP

FEMA employees were so fixated on voter outreach that, when they visited hurricane-ravaged Florida last October, they didn’t even bother knocking on the doors of houses that had Trump signs in the yard.

Instead of assisting Hurricane Milton survivors, they were instructed to “avoid homes advertising Trump,” according to an Office of Special Counsel complaint.

FEMA supervisor Marn’i Washington was fired as a scapegoat after Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis called foul on the scam and the Daily Wire reported that at least 20 homes with Trump signs or flags had been skipped by FEMA and denied the opportunity of qualifying for federal assistance.

It stands to reason that if FEMA’s priority was getting out Democrats to vote, the last people they would want to visit were Trump supporters.





We all heard the stories from Florida, and we all watched, horrified, as FEMA completely ignored the unbearable suffering in the Hurricane Helene-ravaged, conservative-voting mountain enclaves of Western North Carolina.

We all saw it documented day after horrific day in the reports coming out of those mud and debris-covered valleys and swales.

And got told what liars we were, spreading vicious misinformation and hysterical propaganda to damage the Biden team and Harris campaign.

JUST DOIN’ MY JOB, MA’AM





But this is only the recent, most egregious memories. Because it started long before last fall’s disasters.

I’d like to kick the WayBack Machine into gear and revisit a post I wrote shortly after I started working here.

It was October 01, 2022, the devastating aftermath of Category 4 Hurricane Ian, and Vice President Kamala Harris had just told the country how the Biden administration was gonna roll when taking care of Americans in need.

Yesterday, in a gobsmacking display of ignorance, arrogance, and cold-blooded antipathy to the suffering of hundreds of thousands of American citizens devastated by an unprecedented natural disaster, the number two person at the helm of our national government declared aid would be doled out how?

According to equity standards and the degree of your skin’s pigmentation.

…During the Democratic National Committee’s Women’s Leadership Forum on Friday afternoon, Harris told actress Priyanka Chopra that when it comes to climate change, it is people in lower-income communities and people of color who are “most impacted by these extreme conditions.”

“I know we are all thinking about the families in Florida and Puerto Rico with [Hurricane] Fiona and what we need to do to help them in terms of an immediate response and aid,” Harris said.

“We have to address this in a way that is about giving resources based on equity, understanding that we fight for equality, but we also need to fight for equity. Understanding not everyone starts out at the same place, and if we want people to be in an equal place, sometimes we have to take into account those disparities,” she added.





Oh, yes. The vile creature really did.

And while Gov DeSantis and his team tried to calm the panic of South Florida residents who’d lost everything and happened to be white, the Biden White House tried mightily to undo the damage of their word salad mistress tipping their hand, assuring everyone we were all equal in their eyes.

As long as our eyes were on them.

POTATUS also denied Florida’s request for emergency expansion of FEMA’s shelter funds programs so more folks could patch up their homes with tarps, etc., to live IN them while they waited on the big repairs.

Oh, we’ve been watching this partisan act for a long time, and it’s just another reason on that long list why Mayorkas, at the very least, should be in jail.

I hope they keep digging through those bags they keep finding, which in itself is remarkable to me. I always thought it was a Hollywood creation. You know, where the villains always ramble into these big, long confessions explaining every single evil step they took.

These bags are like the novel version of that. In the movies, why don’t the bad guys just keep their mouths shut?





With the Biden thugs, I’m so glad they were too arrogantly stupid to use some lighter fluid, a BIC Flick, and a 55-gallon drum.
