Wes Jackson, who claims he was robbed by the group, told 9News he was concerned the teens would return.
“By the time I got outside, they were up the road and they started running, I thought it was a bit suss had a look in my car and realised someone had gone through my glove compartment” Jackson said.
“Our main concern was they could get back in the house “
The teenagers then fled in the allegedly stolen Ford Falcon, which police say was taken from Janebrook earlier in the night.
Authorities are still investigating how the group came into possession of the vehicle.

Police monitored the car as it drove through Perth, then deployed a stinger device to stop the car on the Great Northern Highway.
PolAir helped ground officers track the teens down after they allegedly fled on foot after the vehicle was halted.
Four boys, aged 14, 13, 13 and 13, were all charged with stealing and steal motor vehicle to use without the consent of the owner.
Three others, aged 11, 13 and 14 were released without charge.
Investigations into the incident remain on-going.
