A man will face court after he was allegedly caught driving with four children unrestrained in his car in Melbourne’s south-east.

Four children, aged from three to 13, were found in the car unrestrained.

Two children were located in the front passenger seat, one on the centre console and a fourth in the passenger footwell.

A 38-year-old Pakenham man is expected to be charged with multiple charges including reckless driving and careless driving.

He is expected to appear at a magistrates’ court at a later date.
