A prominent newsreader suffered a very unfortunate wardrobe malfunction live on-air on Thursday night.
Channel Nine reporter Neil Breen was presenting a story on A Current Affair, but forgot one very important thing.
He appeared to leave his trousers unzipped before chasing down Valentino Kovacic, a controversial businessman who is fighting an eighth attempt to bankrupt him.
Breen seemed unaware the fly of his black pants was undone as he questioned Kovacic about securing control of the affairs of dementia patient Joe Lagan at the front of a petrol station.
This isn’t the first time someone on ACA has suffered an embarrassing gaffe.
Earlier this year, host Ally Langdon wished viewers a ‘great weekend’ despite it being midweek.
‘And that’s our program. I’m Ally Langdon. Thanks for your company, have a great weekend,’ she said before correcting the word to ‘evening’.
The presenter then burst into laughter and placed her head into her hands as the cameras panned out.

She also suffered an unfortunate slip up live on air when she accidentally called an American football team by the wrong name while hosting the Today show in 2022.
While reporting on the previous day’s NFL clash between the San Francisco 49ers and Los Angeles Rams, she mistakenly called the 49ers the ’69ers’.
A sixty-nine is a sexual position in which two people perform oral sex on each other, usually with the woman on top of the man, forming a shape similar to the number 69.

‘I assume we leave here in the morning and we all go home and parent our children,’ she began.
‘It would seem they did neither of those things yesterday,’ she added, referring to Today host Karl Stefanovic and newsreader Alex Cullen.
‘They were watching some footy game in America: the Rams [versus] the San Francisco 69ers.’
Her co-hosts were left momentarily speechless as several crew members could be heard laughing and gasping in the background.
Woah! 49ers!’ Alex said, correcting her, which prompted Karl to joke that Allison’s suggestion ‘sounds much more interesting’ than watching a football game.
