Foreign Minister Penny Wong has quietly wed her long-time partner Sophie Allouche.
The couple tied the knot in a secret ceremony at a winery in Adelaide Hills yesterday, with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and other senior officials in attendance.
Wong shared the news to social media alongside a wedding photo of the smiling couple.
“We are delighted that so many of our family and friends could share this special day with us,” she wrote.
The high profile Labor frontbencher shares two daughters with Allouache, who she met nearly 20 years ago in 2007.
