Five people escape seaplane accident near Hamilton Island

Paramedics were called to Hamilton Island after reports of a seaplane incident just after 9am.

Five people were found at the scene but only two people received minor injuries from their seatbelt, a Queensland Ambulance Spokesperson said.

Nobody was taken to hospital.
