The US-based content creator demonstrated the activity which involves starting in the reverse plank position and bringing your knee toward the chest alternately.

She has branded the move as ‘the exercise that changed everything.’

Rachel shared two separate clips about the game-changing move – both of which have been viewed more than 20,000 times.

In the first, the fitness guru can be seen dressed in a gray sports bra and black cycling shorts as she demonstrates the exercise.

She assumes the reverse plank position – keeping her arms straight and inline with her shoulders while maintaining a tensed stomach.

Rachel then faces the ceiling before raising one knee up toward her chest.

She slowly returns to her original position before repeating the exercise on her alternate leg.

But the gym goer did not give an indication on the optimum number of repetitions or sets.  

She uploaded the clip alongside a caption that read: ‘May look silly but seriously so good.’ 

In her follow-up video, Rachel introduces the move by saying: ‘It’s spring break, it’s almost summer, what are we doing to get rid of the bloat?

She then introduces the move as that which will ‘replace your crunches’ before demonstrates the move once again.

Rachel concludes: ‘It hurts but it’s so good. It’s THE move.’ 

The social media star has gained more than 289,000 followers on the video sharing platform thanks to her candid lifestyle content.
