The cause of the blaze has not been determined despite an extensive investigation, with police ruling the deadly incident “not suspicious”.
”Despite this, no suspicious circumstances have been identified,” Queensland Police said.
“An extensive report will be prepared for the coroner now that the post-mortem examinations have been completed.”
Police said they had updated the victim’s families with the status of the investigation.

A traditional Maori ceremony described as “a lifting of the spirits” was held outside the remains of the home.
She told 9News she was overwhelmed by grief but was grateful for the outpouring of love and support.
Police are still appealing for any information to assist with the investigation.
