Moradian, 48, was gunned down while sitting in his car in the underground carpark of his Bondi Junction home about 8.30am on June 27 this year.
A burnt-out Porsche was found shortly after in Bondi Junction and a burnt-out Holden Cruze was found in Zetland.
Four other people have been charged in relation to the gangland murder amid months of investigations.
Detectives in September charged the alleged “mastermind” of the shooting, which they believe was motivated by an outstanding $500,000 debt to an organised crime entity.
The 42-year-old man was arrested at the same time as another man, 31, accused of helping to co-ordinate the brazen daylight attack.
The men cannot be named for legal reasons.
These men remain before the courts.
Today, police charged a 22-year-old man with murder and failing to comply with digital evidence access order direction following a search warrant at Canley Vale.
He was refused bail to face Fairfield Local Court today.
Police will allege the man was responsible for sourcing a tracking device and phones used to coordinate the shooting.
“He facilitated the use of trackers and phones that monitor the trackers that allowed the offenders to locate and carry out the offence,” Acting Superintendent Virginia Gorman said.

“He was working at the direction of those who have overall command of the murder.
“He’s a cog in the wheel.”
“Each person in these organised crime murders plays an essential role to achieve the outcome so they end up charged with murder as well.”
Officers are yet to charge anyone with pulling the trigger for the fatal shots.
CCTV has also been released of two men in a Porsche in the Bondi carpark at the time of the crime.
One man runs out of the backdoor of the car holding what appears to be a gun, he leaves the frame of the CCTV before returning moments later to the passenger seat of the car.
The men are then seen fleeing the scene and getting into a Holden Cruze.
Police are appealing for anyone who recognises the men to contact them.
Investigations are continuing.
