Brisbane Broncos star Ezra Mam has been spotted using an electric bike which allegedly breaches Queensland speed limit laws.
It comes months after his high profile dangerous driving conviction in a Brisbane court.
In a social media post sent to Daily Mail Australia, Mam was pictured posing next to a V3 Rogue from Burleigh company Oceanside Cycles, which he allegedly uses as his daily commute to Broncos training at Red Hill.
On the Oceanside Bikes website, the bike is advertised with a 48V 500-watt motor, limited to 250 watts.
However, this does not comply with Queensland law, which only allows electric bikes with pedal-assisted motors up to 250 watts, regardless of any temporary restrictions.
The website also states that the bike’s 25km/h speed limit can be easily unlocked for use on private roads.

When unlocked, similar bikes can nearly double their speed without requiring pedalling.
In December, Mam pleaded guilty to one count of driving while relevant drug is present in blood, and driving without a licence.
He was handed an $850 fine and his license was disqualified for at least six months.
No conviction was recorded.
Mam was lucky not to be killed in the car accident in Brisbane – while he was also spared the sack for his involvement in the crash.
On October 18 last year, Mam was involved in a head-on collision, with the crash resulting in minor injuries to a woman and her four-year-old daughter, who were passengers in an Uber.
Mam admitted he had used cocaine socially the day before the incident.
Magistrate Mark Nolan labelled Mam’s actions ‘stupid’ and emphasised the risks he posed to himself and others.

‘There’s no place for illicit drugs in our community, and certainly no place for a person who is using illicit drugs to get behind the wheel of a car,’ he said.
The NRL issued Mam a nine-game suspension and a $30,000 fine for breaching the NRL Code of Conduct.
The Brisbane Broncos imposed an additional $90,000 fine and mandated that Mam complete a safe driving training program, engage in work or study placements, and participate in ongoing wellbeing support programs.
Broncos CEO Dave Donaghy said at the time that the penalties reflect the seriousness of the incident and should deter similar behaviour.
Mam expressed remorse, describing the incident as a ‘turning point’ in his life and committed to personal growth and regaining trust.
‘I now understand how dangerous and irresponsible my actions were – not only for myself but for everyone on the road that day,’ Mam wrote at the time.
He underwent a four-week rehabilitation program and continues to receive counselling.
Despite his suspension, Mam has been allowed to train with the Broncos and is expected to return in Round 10 of the 2025 NRL season.
