Ex-‘Hannah Montana’ actor Mitchel Musso arrested after allegedly stealing bag of chips

Former “Hannah Montana” actor Mitchel Musso spent the night in a Texas jail after he was arrested on charges of public intoxication and theft after stealing a bag of chips Saturday, police said.

Musso, who was on the hit Disney Channel show over a decade ago, walked into a local hotel and allegedly began eating a bag of chips he picked up without paying around 7:15 p.m., Rockwall police said, according to reports.

When staff told Musso, “who appeared intoxicated,” to pay for the snack, he allegedly was verbally abusive and left without paying, police said, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Responding cops arrived at the hotel and found Musso outside where he showed signs of intoxication, cops said.

He was arrested and charged with public intoxication and theft under $100, the newspaper reported.
