One of the largest ‘asylum centers’, as they call them in Europe, opened near Lommel, Belgium, a few years ago, much to the dismay of the locals. From what I’ve been able to gather, the plans were to house almost a thousand ‘migrants’ in a former trailer park. It’s run by the Belgian Federal Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (FEDASIL) and is one of about 100 ‘reception centers’ scattered throughout the little country, trying to offer shelter to the influx of foreigners.
The problem is, not all asylum seekers are peace seekers, just happy to have a roof over their wandering heads and a meal in their tummies. They are keeping scores and always out for a chance to settle them, regardless of where they are at the time.
Unfortunately for tiny Lommel, some feisty asylum seekers are even willing to travel between asylum centers to do a bit of gangland rumbling, and they don’t care where they catch who they were looking for.
Like this inter-Afghani rumble in downtown Lommel yesterday, complete with flashing knives and footchases playing ring-around-the-roses at a bus stop.

It got pretty heated.
A violent brawl involving Afghan migrants left two men seriously injured on Sunday evening in Lommel, Belgium.
The incident broke out around 5:30 p.m. at a bus stop on Kerkstraat. According to authorities, at least one knife was used during the clash, which ended with two men suffering serious injuries, including one victim reportedly stabbed in the neck.
Locals say fights and migrant violence have occurred in the area before, but never with such severity.
…Witnesses described scenes of young men chasing one another, with one man in a bright blue jacket clearly holding a knife in the video. “Call the police!” a bystander can be heard shouting.
The natives watching aren’t even surprised anymore,” remarked Flemish nationalist Dries Van Langenhove on X.
Chairman of Vlaams Belang Tom Van Grieken added, “What terrible images of the stabbing today in Lommel. What have they let in here? Our cities, villages, and streets must become safe again. Whoever does this must be removed.”
“About 20 Afghans got into a fight with each other,” acting mayor Peter Vanderkrieken stated, as cited by HLN. He said the violence involved a group of Afghans who traveled into Lommel specifically to “teach a lesson” to another Afghan man staying at the local Fedasil asylum center.
And it’s true – in other videos of the incident, you can tell the migrant violence has become so commonplace, you can see Flemish townspeople sitting serenely or strolling by in the midst of these lunatics charging around after each other with stabby instruments.
How appalling to have to live with that.

But this latest rumble has reignited the fury over the asylum center and what it’s done to the city. In what seems like a ludicrous move, they’ve banned the Afghans involved from the center.
Well, that’s great. Where do they go now? Do they sleep on Lommel’s sidewalks or in the bus terminal or train station? Do they now have to start attacking residents for food and money?
…With four people wounded and nine arrests made, concerns about violence linked to the asylum centre are rising. The local government is under pressure to act, with officials promising negotiations to address safety and integration issues “on short notice.” How can Lommel balance security with humanitarian responsibilities?
Asylum seekers involved in the stabbing are now being excluded from shelter, reflecting a strict zero-tolerance policy on violence. Meanwhile, local residents report growing unease, especially around public transport stops, where safety fears have intensified since the incident. What measures will restore trust and calm in Lommel’s community?
What does this mean for Lommel’s future? The stabbing incident raises important questions about managing asylum centres amid public safety concerns. Authorities face pressure to:
- Implement stricter controls and clear consequences for violent behaviour among asylum seekers
- Enhance police presence and community policing around vulnerable areas like bus stops
- Engage residents and asylum seekers in dialogue to reduce tensions and foster coexistence
Why is the answer always ‘foster coexistence’? Why is it NEVER to exit them out of the country altogether?
Why is it ALWAYS the residents who have to compromise with the invaders?
The residents already made their preferences perfectly clear, and outsiders, including the vile little scowl monkey, swooped in to force the center down their throats and destroy their community.
When I held a demonstration against the opening of the huge asylum centre in Lommel where these migrants probably live, the media called me an extremist and fearmonger because I predicted this violence.

All the gobbledegook about ‘regaining’ trust is just that much crap.
…A witness told HLN, “It has never been this bad here.”
There’s only one way it gets better.
