The 28-year-old Werribee woman allegedly crashed into a parked car on Shaws Road in Werribee about 5.30pm yesterday after she had spent the afternoon at a work function.
Police report she then blew a result of .288 when she was breath tested her at the scene.
Her licence was immediately suspended and police have said she is expected to be charged on summons with drink driving.
No one was injured during the incident.
The incident came just hours after a P-Plater crashed into a guard rail in the same area while allegedly driving at almost four times the legal BAC limit for a fully-licensed driver.

The 23-year-old Tarneit man wrote off his sister’s car when he crashed into a guard rail on the Princes Freeway in Hoppers Crossing about 6.55am yesterday.
An 18-year-old woman who was asleep in the back seat was not injured.
The driver allegedly then blew a result of .187 on a breath test, despite being meant to have had no alcohol to drive.
His licence was suspended and he is expected to be charged on summons in relation to high range drink driving and careless driving.
