Popovski, 54, was last seen on Railway Parade in Hurstville about 11.30am on April 14 after a fight with his roommate.
He messaged his daughter Rebecca that morning to confirm he would come over in the afternoon but he hasn’t been heard from or seen since.
“We are very upset, we are actually distraught,” Rebecca Popovski said.
“We have no answers, we have no leads, Dad has actually disappeared.”
She said he sounded quite normal before the altercation with the roommate.
“Everything he owns was left at the apartment with the roommate,” she said.
“We see each other and were speaking daily.
“Me and Dad were very close because we were exactly the same, I guess.
“He is a good man and he has a good heart.”
Police began investigating the day after Popovski disappeared.

“There is a number of specialist resources in the search today and what we are hoping to uncover is any information or evidence that may assist the investigation,” Superintendent Rowan Cramsie said.
“As time goes on it becomes concerning that he hasn’t contacted any friends or family or associates.”
Cramsie said they thought he had limited access to money.
“I always ask people to put themselves in their position where they have a loved one that has not been seen for a number of weeks now and it is very very concerning,” he said.
It is believed Popovski caught a train from Hurstville to Kogarah on April 14.
CCTV shows him crossing President Avenue at the Princess Highway intersection at Kogarah about 12.40pm, which was the last time he was seen.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance with an olive complexion, between 165cm to 170cm tall, of a thin build with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a dark-coloured shirt, dark-coloured pants and possibly wearing glasses.
Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
