Cops hunt for NYC robber accused of stealing 13-year-old’s bike

New York City cops are hunting for the goon accused of stealing a 13-year-old girl’s bike and threatening her with violence on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

The NYPD says the unidentified man approached the young girl at around 4 p.m. on Wednesday at the intersection of Amsterdam Avenue and West 86 Street, and threatened her with physical harm if she did not surrender her bike.

The suspect, described as being in his late teens, grabbed the bike and fled in an unknown direction, police said.

He was seen in surveillance photos released by the NYPD wearing a greenish-gray hoodie under a black puffer jacket and jeans with white and gray sneakers.

He also seemed to be wearing a black face mask and was carrying a black backpack with him at the time.

The 13-year-old was not injured.
