Classic Aussie chocolate to return with new look

They will be making the treat as a packet of bite-sized balls instead of the original bar form.

The new Polly Waffles will be available for purchase in April.

The chocolate bar was last on shelves in 2009.

It’s made from a unique blend of wafer, marshmallow and chocolate, and was first created in 1947.

The company received a $1 million federal government grant to create the new Polly Waffle production line during the pandemic.
