Balgowlah stabbing: Two people rushed to hospital

A three-year-old has been rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after being hit by a car.

The child was reportedly struck by the car at the intersection of James Cook Drive and Heatherton Road, in Endeavour Hills, in Melbourne’s southeast at about 8.30am on Thursday.

The child was rushed to hospital while the 24-year-old driver stopped at the scene and is assisting police with enquiries.
