An 18-month-old girl has died after she was hit by a car in the driveway of a home in Sydney’s west.
Emergency services rushed to a street in Villawood at midday today, where the child was treated by paramedics.
She was taken to The Children’s Hospital at Westmead in a critical condition but later died.
Police were told a 28-year-old woman was behind the wheel of the car.
She was taken to Westmead Hospital for mandatory testing.
A report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
