Charity Lawson has been MIA from social media for the past few weeks as she has been filming the upcoming “The Bachelorette” season.
But, it seems the filming has wrapped as the 27-year-old returned to Instagram with a steamy bikini photo, seemingly hinting at how her season ended.
Charity Lawson Brings The Heat
Charity Lawson accepted the role of “Bachelorette” lead following the “Women Tell All” episode when “Bachelor” host Jesse Palmer sat down with the 27-year-old to play a game of “This or That.” Palmer started by asking straightforward questions such as “Sunrise or sunset?” and “Camping or glamping?” But that is when Palmer got down to business, asking Lawson, “Bachelor in Paradise or The Bachelorette?” to which Lawson hesitated slightly before answering, “The Bachelorette.”
“I’m glad you said that because Charity, I want you to be our next Bachelorette,” Palmer said, dropping the bomb and completely shocking Lawson.
The 27-year-old went out on her journey of being “The Bachelorette” a few days after accepting the role. Still, more recently, she has officially wrapped filming as she returned to Instagram over the weekend.
Lawson shared bikini photos to the social media platform, putting her body on full display, captioning it, “poolside reflecting on the last few weeks…overflowing with gratitude 🤍🌹.”
Fans Cannot Wait For Lawson’s Season Of ‘The Bachelorette’
Former “Bachelor” contestants were quick to comment with words of support for Lawson, including Ariel Frenkel, who wrote, “My beauty ♥️♥️” and Gabi Elnicki, who commented, “YASSSSSS QUEEN 👏🙌❤️.”
Jess Griod said, “They ain’t ready,” while Susie Evans commented, “She is GLOWING 🔥.”

Meanwhile, many other fans were just happy to see Lawson return to Instagram as many commented things such as, “Shessssssss backkkkkk” and “CANT WAIT!!!! welcome back 😍.”
Lawson On Being The Next “Bachelorette”
Before filming, Lawson spoke out about becoming the next “Bachelorette” on “Good Morning America,” where she said, “It is an indescribable feeling. I am so honored and so excited. I still feel like I’m dreaming and processing what those feelings are like, but I am so excited for what’s to come.”
When speaking on her upcoming journey of being “The Bachelorette,” Lawson acknowledged the challenges she will face, explaining, “I think it’s going to be challenging, but I think for me, I am very open with my motions, and I wear my heart on my sleeve, so I feel like if anything it’s going to be easier, but it does come with its challenges, and I dot know what that will be like, but I plan on staying just as open.”
Lawson also spoke out on what she is looking for in a partner, saying, “I feel like for me, I am looking for someone compassionate, so someone who is extremely kind and treats others well. For me, that’s something I value and have in myself, so I also want that in my partner.”
Lawson added, “I also love to laugh and have a good time, so I think a sense of humor is huge. Anyone who can come out with a. good joke or two is a winner.”
Charity Lawson’s “The Bachelorette” season will premiere on Monday, June 26.
