The man, wearing a black t-shirt and grey tracksuit pants, used a trolley to break into the store on Peg Leg Road in Eaglehawk about 9.30pm on November 6.

Police believe the man rummaged through items inside, before stealing five cans of energy drink and fleeing the scene.

The man was last seen running down Peg Leg Road, police said.

Investigators have released CCTV footage and an image of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance, of a slim build and may be exhibiting sudden bursts of energy.

He was seen wearing a black t-shirt, grey tracksuit pants, slides and carrying five energy drinks.
