Bryce Hopkins’ St. John’s transfer is all about the ‘next level’

St. John’s is two-for-two. 

Two of the top players they targeted entering the transfer portal are now Johnnies. 

Five days after landing Arizona State wing Joson Sanon, Rick Pitino & Co. picked up a commitment from Providence forward Bryce Hopkins, he told The Post. 

Hopkins picked St. John’s over Georgetown and Ed Cooley, who brought him to Providence after one year at Kentucky.
