Boy is fighting for life after being struck by a bus outside his school in Sydney

  • Medical crews were called to the scene in Cobbitty and administered CPR
  • Boy, 10, then taken to hospital by ambulance and is in critical condition

A boy has been hit by a bus outside Macarthur Anglican School in south-west Sydney. 

Medical crews were called to the scene in Cobbitty and administered CPR to the 10-year-old boy before taking him to Liverpool Hospital in critical condition.  

The bus driver, a 60-year-old woman, has been taken for mandatory testing and is assisting police with their inquiries.

An investigation into the circumstances have been launched by officers from Camden Police Area Command and the Crash Investigation Unit.. 

Anyone with information is being asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
