Garside was taken into custody at Sydney Airport as he returned from a filming stint on I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, at about 2.40pm yesterday.
He was bailed and will appear in court at a later date.
The charges relate to alleged domestic violence.

Garside said he would put out a full statement today via his lawyer.
The lightweight boxer won a bronze medal representing Australia at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo and is a contender for the 2024 Games in Paris.
