Harry Garside’s ex-girlfriend has been charged after allegedly assaulting the Olympic boxer in Sydney‘s east earlier this year.
Officers investigating an alleged domestic violence incident on March 1 went to a Bellevue Hill home on Wednesday and arrested Ashley Ruscoe, 35.
Ruscoe was taken to Waverley Police Station and charged with common assault (DV) and stalking and intimidating intending to cause fear or physical harm (DV), police said in a statement.
Ruscoe was granted conditional bail to face Downing Centre Local Court next Wednesday.
It comes after domestic assault charges against Garside, 25, were dropped in June.

He was originally charged with one count of domestic violence-related common assault relating to the same alleged incident on March 1 at the Bellevue Hill home.
The boxer had been arrested in May at Sydney Airport after his return from overseas filming a reality television show.
Garside won the bronze medal for Australia at the Olympic Games in Toyko in 2020 and intends to compete at Paris 2024.
