The Dog Squad was called in yesterday to help officers from the Stock Squad scour open paddocks and grassland on Kelvyn Street.

Volunteers from the State Emergency Service were also asked to assist.

Queensland Police said they had located a body at a River Road property during the search this morning.

“No definite determinations have been made at this stage,” police said in a statement.
