Known for blending R&B and reggae sounds with commercial pop music, Mars continued to top the charts with ‘Grenade’, ‘The Lazy Song’, ‘Marry Me’, and ‘When I Was Your Man’, among other hits.

However, his collaboration with Mark Ronson on the track ‘Uptown Funk’ made Mars’ impact on the pop-cultural zeitgeist undeniable.

With a long, star-studded career, it’s hard to mention everything Mars has achieved — but he most certainly deserves his spot in Billboard’s Top 25.
