Hannah Lewis certainly likes to see her boyfriend, rookie quarterback Bailey Zappe, in a Patriots uniform.
On Sunday, Lewis gushed over Zappe in a pre-game Instagram Story, where she celebrated the 23-year-old rookie before his first NFL start against the Lions in New England.
“Looking like a snack in that throwback jersey BZ,” Lewis captioned the post alongside a drool-face emoji.
Zappe, a fourth-round pick out of Western Kentucky in this year’s draft, saw his first NFL action last week against the Packers when he entered the game for veteran Brian Hoyer, who suffered a head injury. He completed 10 out of 15 attempts for 99 yards and a touchdown in New England’s 27-24 loss to Green Bay.
Zappe got the nod for Week 5 as the Patriots starting quarterback, Mac Jones, is still sidelined with a high ankle sprain.

Lewis, who has been dating Zappe for five years, cheered on the quarterback last week, posting, “OMG….. It’s Zappe Hour,” on Instagram.
Lewis has been chronicling Zappe’s NFL journey on social media, including the moment he was drafted by the Patriots.
“Bailey Michael Zappe, watching you work so hard to achieve your dreams has been nothing short of amazing! When we first met and I asked you what you wanted to do when you got out of college you answered with no hesitation, NFL. Through all the many odds you persevered and made your dreams come true. You inspire me everyday and you should be so proud of yourself. I love you!” she posted on Instagram in April.
Zappe and the Patriots lead the Lions in the second quarter, 13-0.
