NT Police said officers received a call about a single-vehicle crash involving a military vehicle in Howard Springs, about 30km south-east of Darwin, about 9pm on Wednesday.
The Department of Defence confirmed an Australian Army Protected Mobility Vehicle, also known as a Bushmaster, was involved in the crash.
Seven soldiers were taken to Royal Darwin Hospital for treatment for non-life-threatening injuries, paramedics said.
“The soldiers were from the Australian Army and the Timor Leste Defence Force,” Defence said in a statement.
