Police are appealing for information after a young man died in a crash southwest of Brisbane.

A 23-year-old man from Ripley was killed when his motorbike crashed with an Isuzu ute on the Centenary Highway in White Rock about 3pm yesterday.

The driver of the ute, a 49-year-old man from Thornlands, was uninjured.

The forensic crash unit are investigating.

They have appealed to anyone with information, including dash cam vision, to come forward and contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
