One of Dolph Lundgren’s biggest love affairs was with actor, model, singer, and industry legend Grace Jones, which took place before his acting career took off. The two former lovebirds first met when Lundgren was hired as her bodyguard in Sydney, Australia. “I was working as a security guy [for] some concerts, and she was there, and she picked a couple of guys to do security, and that’s how I met her,” he explained in an interview with Blockbuster UK. Between 1983 and 1986, Lundgren and Jones had a torrid love affair full of passion and romance, which included an array of eye-opening escapades like group sex activities. “That happened on occasions, with or without Grace. Sometimes she would bring a girlfriend home, and then I’d have to get up for work the next day and that kind of thing,” he revealed to The Sun.

The relationship even jumpstarted Lundgren’s acting career due to Jones getting him his first role in the film “A View to a Kill.” However, their romance fizzled out shortly after he got his big break in “Rocky IV” as Ivan Drago. “[Grace] met this young student karate fighter in Australia, and two years later he was a movie star,” he revealed to The Herald Scotland. ” I don’t know why it happened so quickly, but it did. It put a lot of strain on the relationship, and we broke up a year later.”
