A 70-year-old woman has been killed in a church carpark after being hit by the car her husband was reversing.
The woman was run over after being dropped off to lead a Bible study at the Castle Hill Baptist Church in Sydney‘s northwest at around 9.30am on Monday.
She was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics at the scene but could not be revived.
The 70-year-old driver of the car was not injured.
He was taken to Westmead Hospital for mandatory testing.

Another church member witnessed the horrific incident, according to Pastor Ian Deane.
‘It’s just tragic, it’s just incredibly sad,’ Pastor Deane told Channel Seven.
Police are investigating but no charges have been laid.
