This is the moment a show-off scaffolder lifts a heavy metal pole above his head on a busy street – just feet away from a passing paramedic.
The shocking viral clip shows the grinning worker lift the rod, which is at least double his height, upright into the air.
He then proceeds to perform a push-up-type exercise with it, despite parked cars lining the pavement next to him.
The 15-second clip is believed to have been filmed in London, as it features a red 253 bus, which runs from Hackney in the east of the capital to Euston in the centre of the city.

Traffic is seen moving on both sides of the road, including a rapid response emergency vehicle, which drives behind as he stumbles off the road.
The video shows the tradesman pushing the rod higher to balance on his left hand at shoulder height.
He then completes four reps by extending his arm to full-stretch – grunting each time under the weight of the beam.

Many were quick to brand the worker ‘stupid’ and ‘dumb’, accusing him of ‘endangering the public’ with the dangerous ‘Hollywood-like’ stunt.
However others complimented his strength to lift what many believe was a heavy ‘steel’ pole, and one even said it ‘took some balls’ to do it with so many vehicles around.
The poster of the video defended him, writing: ‘He wouldn’t do it if he wasn’t confident he could do it without hurting someone lol. The fella is so strong it’s unbelievable.’
