A killer climbed through the window of a Seattle suburb last night to shoot dead a woman he’d been stalking and her husband, before turning the gun on himself.

None of the parties involved have been named but DailyMail.com can reveal the man – who was 38 – was the subject of a restraining order filed by the woman recently.

Police say the pair were friends but that their relationship started making the woman, 33, ‘uncomfortable’. It’s unclear how they met or when, but last night his obsession with her turned deadly.

At 2am on Friday, he broke into her home on a leafy street in Redmond, near Seattle, to shoot her and her 35-year-old husband with a handgun.

The stalker then killed himself.

The woman’s terrified mother was also in the house but escaped and was able to call 911.

There are not thought to have been any children in the home.

Redmond Police could not confirm whether the stalker had a criminal background, or whether he legally obtained his weapon.

It’s also unclear whether he lived in the area or further afield.
