Tennessee cop-gone-wild Maegan Hall who was fired over numerous sex romps with officers has claimed that she was ‘sexually groomed’ by her ‘predator’ superiors and tried to ‘kill herself.’
Hall, 26, who blamed her failing marriage for her sordid affairs – claimed in a 51-page federal lawsuit file on Monday that she felt ‘trapped’ and ‘exploited’ among the La Vergne Police Department.
The 26-year-old was fired in January after it was first discovered that she had sexual relationships with a number of other cops some who have been terminated others suspended.
In an interview during an internal investigation, Hall admitted that she performed sex acts on duty officers on police property and had a threesome with one cop and his wife.

Tennessee cop-gone-wild Maegan Hall who was fired over numerous sex romps with officers has claimed that she was ‘sexually groomed’ by her ‘predator’ superiors and tried to ‘kill herself’
The lawsuit claims: ‘Where Ms. Hall sought role models at her new job, she instead found predators.’
‘In place of offering professional development, her supervisors and the Chief of Police groomed her for sexual exploitation.
‘They colluded in using their authority to systematically disarm her resistance and entrap her in degrading and abusive sexual relationships, even sharing tips on the best ways to manipulate and exploit her.’
The federal civil rights case referred to Hall’s history of mental illness and stated that she felt ‘trapped.’
‘Maegan Hall felt trapped in the role assigned to her at the City of La Vergne Police Department and, in an attempt to escape, she nearly killed herself,’ it stated.
The suit stated that Hall was 24 when she first applied for a job at the police department in 2020, and claims she first became sexually involved with Sgt. Lewis Powell early last year.
‘Sgt. Powell learned that Ms. Hall was going through the process of buying a home with her husband and that this process was extremely taxing on their relationship,’ the lawsuit said.
‘Sgt. Powell positioned himself as a reliable source of companionship and advice regarding Ms. Hall’s career and her marriage.
‘Sgt. Powell persisted in requests for sex despite Ms. Hall’s resistance,’ it said.
‘Eventually, Ms. Hall gave in to Sgt. Powell’s requests for sexual favors.’
She said when she tried to stop that Powell threatened to kill himself.
‘Sgt. Powell called her while heavily intoxicated,’ it stated.
‘Sgt. Powell was crying and told Ms. Hall he drank an entire bottle of Jack Daniel’s whiskey. He threatened to kill himself, told Ms. Hall ‘you did this to me,’ and asserted that Ms. Hall was responsible for his imminent suicide.
‘Ms. Hall continued to experience anxiety, depression, and difficulty in concentrating at work because of her inability to escape the relationship with Sgt. Powell.’
Hall said the ‘exploitative sexual relationship’ with Powell is what led to other sexual encounters involving other officers.
Its claimed that she had sexual relationships with Larry Holladay, Patrick Magliocco, Ty McGowan, Juan Lugo-Perez, Gavin Schoeberl and Detective Seneca Shields.
Powell, Lugo-Perez, McGowan and Shields were also fired over the incidents. The others, however, kept their jobs but were suspended.
Earlier this month, La Vergne Police Chief Burrel ‘Chip’ Davis was also fired.
Hall claims Burrel ‘encouraged this behavior and shared in the pornography and sexual fantasy of mutually abusing Ms. Hall with his trusted supervisor, Ty McGowan.’

‘I got stupid, I got desperate, I guess, and guys are guys and they’ll stick their di** in anything,’ Hall can be heard saying in audio tapes released by DailyMail.com earlier this month
The lawsuit names Powell, McGowan and Davis as defendants and was filed in US District Court in the Middle District of Tennessee.
It is unclear what damages Hall has sought for lost wages, medical expenses, mental suffering, emotional distress and ‘reputational harm.’
Earlier this month, DailyMail.com published audio tapes in which Hall can be heard confessing to the randy romps with her police pals.
The awkward exchanges between married Hall, her police chief and the head of HR for the City of La Vergne in rural Tennessee touch upon everything from games of ‘strip Uno’ to foot fetish photos and wife-swapping sessions.
A sheepish Hall can be heard mumbling, stuttering, lies before she finally comes clean – over the course of three interviews spanning two hours.
She reflected: ‘I got stupid, I got desperate, I guess, and guys are guys and they’ll stick their di** in anything.’

Hall’s husband Jedidiah, a sheriff’s deputy and the son of a pastor, was sticking with his wife and trying to work through their problems
Her confession leaves La Vergne’s shell-shocked police chief Burrell ‘Chip’ Davis struggling for words – before he dryly advises the young siren: ‘What do they say? Don’t dip your pen in the company ink.’
Hall was quizzed three times after a whistleblower came forward in December to report she was having ‘intimate relationships’ with male colleagues at boozy parties, hotels and even on police property.
In her first interview, she admitted only to bedding K-9 officer Larry Holladay, who was suspended without pay but kept his job because he was honest with investigators.
‘We had intercourse… there were a few times but it was a long time ago,’ she nervously told Andrew Patton, the police department’s head of human resources.
She dismissed ‘rumors’ of a fling with Sgt. Lewis Powell but Patton told her: ‘I have confirmation… that you talked about the act, you talked about his size, what it looked like.’
When she was asked if she had ever had a ‘three way’ with Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco and his wife Amy, Hall replied ‘Oh, I’m sorry. A what?’ and began to cry.
‘It’s okay, there’s some Kleenex right behind that candy bowl there,’ Patton said, before resuming his questions.
During a second and third interview, Hall – already on a final warning for crashing her patrol car three times – admitted she had a months-long affair with Powell and even performed a sex act while on duty.
‘I just gave him a blowjob in the substation,’ she admitted. ‘Me and my husband were kind of on the verge of a divorce and I just cracked and then it just kind of got out of hand.’

Powell confessed to the allegations after initially denying he was sexually involved with her, while Shields admitted to having oral sex with Hall in the department’s gym while on duty

Married Powell denied the tryst but came clean when it was discovered that he and heavily-tattooed Hall met up in December to compare notes in an effort to thwart the investigation.
She told Patton that Powell had threatened to kill himself when she tried to break things off, texting her to say: ‘You betrayed me, I thought you cared about me, no one’s here but me, you really hurt me.’
Hall further confessed to getting drunk at a ‘girls gone wild’ hot tub party where she sang karaoke and fell down a flight of stairs before having sex with Magliocco in a bathroom of a colleague’s boat.
‘My bathing suit was a little loose and it fell off,’ she added, coyly.
DailyMail.com revealed that Hall’s husband Jedidiah, a sheriff’s deputy and the son of a pastor, was sticking with his wife and trying to work through their problems.

Hall revealed she attempted to rope her husband into a foursome with Sgt. Ty McGowan and his wife but it quickly petered out. McGowan was the source of the original whistleblower tip
She told Patton of a cringeworthy encounter where she, along with Magliocco and his wife Amy, tried to coax Jedidiah into a sexy wife-swapping session that fell flat.
‘When Mags was like right by us, and then on the couch Mags was like ”If y’all start making out, maybe Jed will get into, my husband, into the idea.” And when we started making out, Jed was like ”no.”
‘Yeah, [inaudible] me and my husband have had a threesome before so, I, I didn’t know if it was going to like, I didn’t think he would have an issue with it.’
Hall revealed she made another attempt to rope Jedediah into a threesome with Sgt. Ty McGowan and his wife V but it quickly petered out.
‘Jed came home, we started drinking. Ty wanted to try to get Jed to have a thing with all of us,’ she told Patton. ‘We played strip Uno and then V went out onto the patio with Jed, me and Ty kissed for a little bit and then that was it.’
Hall admitted sleeping with McGowan on two occasions, the first after she had just taken her psyche exam prior to even having been sworn in for her $53,000-per-year police job.
She was unaware at that point that McGowan was the source of the original whistleblower tip received by La Vergne Mayor Jason Cole’s office.
But while he had dished freely on his colleagues’ sexcapades, McGowan did not disclose his own romps with Hall and later denied them. He was fired for being dishonest with the inquiry.

Hall told officers she was in an open marriage and tried to recruit her husband Jedidiah for swinging sessions, but he was not on board

During a second and third interview Hall admitted she had a months-long affair with one of the officers and even performed a sex act while on duty
‘Do we have a jealous boyfriend kind of complex happening somewhere in the City and this is how it came to me? Like has any of these men found out ‘well, I found out she’s with all these other people, so, now I’m pissed?” Patton asked her.
‘I mean … yeah … I have no idea,’ Hall replied, struggling to answer. She later reflected: ‘I got stupid, I got desperate, I guess and guys are guys and they’ll stick their di** in anything.’
Magliocco escaped with a suspension, as did Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl who swapped naked pics with Hall.

La Vergne’s Head of Human Resources Andrew Patton conducted the interview with Hall
But her final two conquests, Patrol Officer Juan Lugo and Sgt. Seneca Shields, both got the boot.
She admitted having sex with Lugo at a hotel after the pair met up at a venue she recalled as ‘Go‐Go Fun‐Go Fun USA.’
It was typical of the sort of boozy outings her hard-partying police clique enjoyed at sports bars, Sunday Night Football parties and Top Golf, according to the tapes, obtained via a Freedom of Information request.
Her hookup with Shields, however, took place in the ‘weight room’ at a police gym, according to Hall’s confession.
‘I’m sorry I don’t want to keep beating a dead horse there, but there wasn’t a sexual act that took place in the gym according to you… you gave him a hand job? Patton asked her.
‘Yeah, it wasn’t a blowjob,’ replied Hall.
Patton went on to ask: ‘Do you have a foot fetish? Do you send pictures of your feet to people?
‘Ty has a foot fetish? And so, he would ask you for pictures of your feet? Did you send pictures of your feet to Seneca?
Hall responded: ‘I know I did to Ty.’
The raft of firings and disciplinary measures triggered by Hall’s antics meant that La Vergne – population 39,000 – lost around 12 percent of its police manpower overnight.
Petite Hall grew up in rural Tennessee dreaming of becoming an actress but eventually found her calling in law enforcement – a career that barely lasted two years.
Despite his wife’s infidelities, she and Jedidiah are still living together at their home in Manchester, 60 miles south of Nashville, their first marital property, which they bought a year ago.
The couple have been sweethearts since their college days and got married in November 2018.
‘I don’t know how he’s doing it, he’s more of a man than I am, but he’s trying to salvage his marriage,’ Jedidiah’s boss, Coffee County Sheriff Chad Partin, told DailyMail.com last month.
