Labour town halls could have fixed up to 30,800 potholes with money they spent on woke causes, according to analysis.
Figures show Labour council chiefs spent £1.54million on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) training over 2022-23.
The average pothole costs £50 to fix, meaning this would be enough to repair 30,800 potholes.
The Conservative Party obtained the figures via Freedom of Information requests.

Labour disputed figures for a West Midlands council, saying it spent £5,000 on EDI rather than £500,000 suggested by the data. This would still mean more than £1million was spent on EDI.
