A bartender in Los Angeles reportedly laughed after seeing horrific photos of Kobe Bryant’s horrific crash scene, surveillance footage shown in court shows.

The photo-taking process of Kobe Bryant’s crash scene continued on Friday… Bartender Victor Gutierrez of Baja Grill spoke to Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff Joey Cruz The moment the bar staff and guests showed photos of the crime scene testified.
Gutierrez testified that Cruz asked him if he wanted to see a picture of Kobe…and he said he would. When asked if he found the photos funny, the bartender said he never smiled or found them funny. Gutierrez refuses to laugh…and says you have to be insane to find the images funny.

The bartender also testified that he believed the deputy showed the photos to lighten the burden of the horrific crash. The injuries of Kobe and the other deceased were described in court…it’s shocking.
Thursday was the second day of the trial… expected to last about 10 days. Vanessa sobbed during her opening statement in court on Thursday, as her attorney told the jury that the eight L.A. County Sheriffs’ deputy sheriffs who took pictures of Kobe and Gigi’s bodies at the scene of the helicopter crash did so for personal use.
A sheriff’s detective said in an affidavit he tried to show the pictures to his wife and told her they were “a pile of meat”. Another MP was accused of showing a photo of a woman he met at a bar. The images were reportedly shown to firefighters at the awards ceremony.
Vanessa’s lawyer said she “lived in ‘fear, dread and terror’” one day after seeing the photos… She will be forever haunted by the actions of the congressman. In her lawsuit, Vanessa claims The congressman’s actions caused her severe emotional distress and said the photos were an invasion of privacy. Attorneys for Los Angeles County said Vanessa’s emotional distress stemmed from the fatal accident, not the photos.
Lakers general manager Rob Pelinka, who is Bryant’s agent, released a statement Thursday and was barely able to speak when it came to his close relationship with KB. Pelinka said he was in church when he was briefed on the crash and rushed to meet Vanessa at the airport and travel to the crash site with her and her deputy, who he said were promised the privacy of the area.
