Joe Staubach was born to his parents Jeff Staubach and Jenny Staubach on 13th August 2003.

Joe’s father is a founding partner of Staubach Capital, and his mother is a full-time mom and a part-time volunteer with United to Learn. Furthermore, the elder Staubach supports multiple local organizations, including The Center for Brain Health, Children’s Medical Center, Genesis Women’s Center, Young Presidents’ Organization, and more.

The couple also hosted a reception to introduce the BrightER Campaign by Methodist Dallas Medical Center and the Charles A. Sammons Trauma and Critical Care Tower to friends and colleagues in their house on the 15th of August 2013.

Joe’s father, Jeff Staubach, joined The Staubach Company In 1998 as an analyst in the financial service division.

He later got promoted to the company’s vice president from 2002 to 2008, and in 2018, he became Staubach Capital’s founding partner.

The elder Staubach also worked as Ignite Technology’s vice president (Business Development) and spent 15 years as Jones Lang LaSalle’s South Central Region president. In addition, he also has been a member of YPO Dallas since 2016.

Furthermore, Jeff graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School in 1993 and earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University. He was also into athletics and played baseball as a four-year letterman for Duke. Furthermore, the former athlete also signed a minor league contract with the Yankees and played two seasons with the Greensboro Bats.
