An estate agent taking photographs of a property they were trying to sell, published images of a sleeping resident as part of an on-line brochure publicising the house.
The five bedroom terrace in Whitley Bay, which has been listed on Rightmove, features double glazing, gas central heating and a ‘useful’ yard.
The current owner has let out the £328,000 home and when the estate agent arranging the sale arrived at the property, one resident remained in their bed while the photographs were taken.
Now the tenant has been ridiculed on Reddit after users spotted him sleeping during the visit by the estate agent.
Worse still for the sleeping man, he faces potential eviction by his landlord who has said the property can be offered with ‘vacant possession’.
