An out-of-control bus slammed into a building in Baltimore Saturday, leaving at least 17 people injured.
The MTA bus struck the building close to an intersection in the city’s Seton Hill neighborhood at around on Saturday morning.
Two of the injuries are thought to be possibly life-threatening.
Baltimore Police said the crash involved the Mass Transit bus and two civilian vehicles but it remains unclear what caused the smash.
The scene was upgraded to a level one mass casualty incident following the arrival of emergency services, as 17 people, including the bus driver, were injured, according to Fox Baltimore.

Some people were treated at the scene while others required further care in hospital.
Baltimore City Fire Department Director of Communications, Kevin Cartwright, said they received reports about a crash on the 400 block of North Paca Street at 8am.
A preliminary investigation revealed the bus collided with a Nexus and the bus then struck a Nissan before it smashed into a building on the 500 block of West Franklin Street, according to police.
The building was partially evacuated and some damage was done to the first level but the upper levels are still intact.
Baltimore City Police, Baltimore City Fire Department, MTA Police, medics and building inspectors are on the scene.
