Drake, the Canadian rapper and singer, has listed his Beverly Hills-area mansion for sale at a whopping $88 million. The mansion, located in Benedict Canyon, is one of the largest estates in the 90210 area code and spans across 20 acres of land.
The 24,000 square-feet home boasts of 10 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, and a range of luxurious amenities like a movie theater, tennis court, wine cellar, gym, elevator, game room, mosaic-tiled pool, and more.
The “Her Loss” rapper had purchased the property in March last year from English rockstar Robbie Williams for $75 million, and is now looking to make a significant profit by selling it at a premium price. Williams, in turn, had bought the estate from Guess co-founder Armand Marciano in 2015 for $32.7 million.

Drake has a history of investing in prime real estate. Last June, he sold his Hidden Hills mansion in LA, which was also the site of the famous basketball match between him and Kanye West.
Drake had also claimed on his hit single “Summer Sixteen” that the pool in his Hidden Hills home was bigger than Kanye’s. However, he still owns a massive $6.7 million compound in the Bridal Path neighborhood in Toronto.
Meanwhile, the “Tootsie Slide” hitmaker is gearing up for his upcoming “It’s All a Blur” stadium tour with 21 Savage. The tour will commence on June 29 in Memphis and will feature 54 shows across the US and Canada, with the final show scheduled in Drake’s hometown of Toronto on October 7.
