A viral video has captured the moment the staff of a bank in Nigeria shared light refreshments for customers.

In the video, the bank staff at Fidelity bank shared bottles of drinks with their customers who were present in the banking hall.

This is coming after netizens called out various banks in Nigeria for their poor customer service and for giving little or no cash to their customers after waiting in line to withdraw for a very long time.

Since the circulation of this video, netizens have praised the thoughtfulness of the bank staff.

Reacting to the video, @midesmart wrote: “normally fidelity bank is fair out of other banks 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Zenith bank is a useless bank 😏😏.”

@bisadeeeeeeee_ said:
“I think fidelity still one of the good bank sha. At least you’re thoughtful enough to ease people tension.”
